About. In the GDP window, you will see the version number.
Note: To be sure you are using the most recent version of GDP, click
Options, Settings; under Live Update, check Notify me when
new updates to the GDP software are available for download. Each
time you are online and log on, GDP will verify that you have the latest version of
GDP. Click

troubleshoot any Live Update installation issues. On the
Tips & FAQs page, click FAQs, Installation and Operation,
for a detailed explanation of the Live Update feature.
-
From the Word 2007 Office
Button, click Word Options, Resources,
About. You will see the version in the first line. (From the Word 2003 Help menu, click
About Microsoft Office Word. In the About Microsoft Word
window, you will see the version in the first line.)
To send me a
print screen of your computer
screen for troubleshooting:
-
Press the
Print Screen button on
your keyboard, which is usually found on the right side of the top row
of the keyboard. This takes an actual "picture" of your computer
screen at that point.
-
To capture only the active window rather than your
entire screen, press
Alt-Print Screen together. Open Word and click
Paste to see a screen capture of the active window only.
-
To see how this works, from your browser
window, click Help, About Internet Explorer; press Alt-Print
Screen. Open Word and click Paste to see a screen capture of
the active window only. Press the
Print Screen button and click Paste
to see the entire screen captured.
